WHY CHOOSE TUČEPI
 TUČEPI is a town in a center of Dalmatia in one of the most ecologically clean areas of Mediterranean. In this part of Croatia there is no industry, which is why nature has been preserved in the best possible way. The whole coast is one big pebble beach, or better said, a string of never-ending beaches which today offer everything a guest can wish for.
Besides enjoyment in the sun and the sea, there are numerous sports and recreational facilities available, from water sports, children's playgrounds to soccer, tennis and basketball. Tučepi are almost ideal spot for sports and recreation, and because of its moderate climate suitable for enjoyment the whole year round.
ONCE AND TODAY

TUČEPI since its beginnings were located further away from the sea on the slopes of mountain Biokovo, where there was less danger from sea raids, and the population mostly engaged in farming and fishing. The settlements and remains of the forts in Gornji Tučepi (center, west, courtyard), Čovićima and other villages still present a testimony to the past way of life.
The large migration occurred in 1962. when this whole area was hit with a large earthquake, which has for the most part destroyed or damaged old stone houses. The great many inhabitants turn to the coastal section of Tučepi, and with a development of tourism they engage in that new activity.
TUČEPI are today completely devoted to tourism and it can be said with every right that this is one of the most beautiful and most organized tourist destinations on the Adriatic. which is why it has numerous awards from Croatia and all over the world.
